Color Combos Galore #228 - cards week!

We're celebrating Earth Day at Color Combos Galore this week.
(P.S. - We have a new designer debuting this week, go check it out to see who it is!)

I also used this sketch from Clean & Simple Stamping:

The Designer's Challenge is to make a project focusing on using natural materials.

To achieve this, I just used some twine.

For the Bonus Challenge...I drew inspiration from the globe, and used a map background stamp.

I really wanted to use a sentiment to go along with the Earth Day theme, but just couldn't find anything. So, it's just a boring old birthday card :)  I loved working with these colors...so gorgeous!

Supply List:

cardstock - Stampin' Up! (Soft Sky, Going Grey, Basic Grey, Whisper White)
stamps - Stampin' Up! (Old World Map, Triple Treat Flower, It's Your Birthday)
ink - Stampin' Up! (Pale Plum, Soft Sky, Basic Grey)
punches - Stampin' Up! (1/2 inch circle punch, 5 petal flower)
other - Stampin Up! (rhinestones, linen thread, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder)
button - unknown

Thanks for looking!

Birthday cards are never boring - besides look at it this way - you have a choice of birthday cards to give in your collection LOL! Liking the embossing and all that stamped work - very inspiring!
