Color Combos Galore #220 & #222! - Cards Week!

We're still doing a bit of catching up over at Color Combos Galore...So, I've got a couple of challenges to share with you today.

Here is the first one, #220:

Here is my card:

Celebrate U
I drew inspiration from the glass with flowers, and used my big 'U' as a vase.  I stamped a canvas looking background first....to make it real subtle, I stamped the image off once on scrap paper, and than stamped it on the piece that I was using.  I then stamped my leaves, and long-stemmed flower images right over it. Finally, I Stamped my 'U' separately, cut it out, and popped it up with dimensional tape before centering it over my leaves and flowers.  Anyway....

Here is my supply list for this one:
stamps - Stampin' Up! (The Art of Life, All about U)
cardstock - Stampin' Up! (Mauve Mist, Kiwi Kiss, Very Vanilla)
ink - Stampin' Up! (Rose Romance, Kiwi Kiss, Mauve Mist)
Patterned Paper - Pink Paislee (Hometown Summer)
other - Stampin' Up! ( Linen Thread, pearls, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, scallop edge punch, ticket corner punch, button)

On to the next one, #222:

Here is my card:

For Baby
Products that I used starting with the letters of my name:
K - Kraft card stock
E - Embossing folder
L - Ledger paper---
L - Letter stickers--
Y - Yarn-----------

I also drew inspiration from the name tag theme by using some office themed supplies (ledger paper, notebook paper edge punch)

Supply List:
cardstock - Stampin' Up! (Crumb Cake, Cool Caribbean, Certainly Celery, Whisper White)
patterned paper - Simple Stories (brown gingham); My Mind's Eye (turquoise grid);Stampin' Up! (ledger)
letter stickers - Lily Bee Design (Harvest Market)
yarn - Red Heart Yarn (Coffee)
other - Stampin' Up! (baker's twine, green button, Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder, edge punch); unknown (wooden button)

Thanks for looking!
