Retro Sketches #28, Dynamic Duos #19, Just Add Ink #134

Whew! It's been awhile....The end of my summer was quite busy, and then of course it was time to get ready for school. Now that school has started, I have even less time :) So anyway, let's get on with it.....

This week's sketch from Retro Sketches:

Plus these colors from Dynamic Duos:

Plus the challenge to 'Just Add Polka Dots' from Just Add Ink.....

Equals this card from me:

I just got both the flower stamp set, and the dotted background stamp, and have been pretty anxious to use them :)

As you can see, I've used my trusty Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder once again.  I can't help it, it's my favorite...there isn't a project that it doesn't look good with! I promise, I will try to branch out and use some of my others, I have quite a bit. All of the products I have used on this card are Stampin' Up! But, here is the break down for you....

Cardstock - Cajun Craze, Always Artichoke, Sahara Sand, Very Vanilla
Ink - Really Rust, Always Artichoke, Versamark
Stamps - Fabulous Florets, Distressed Dots
Other - rhinestone, button, Linen Thread,Very Vanilla organdy ribbon, Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder

Thanks for looking!

Love every little bit Kelly (including the vintage wallpaper embossing ;). A classic use of the florets set which looks just fabulous in these colours. Love the dots in the background too! Thanks for joining us at Just Add Ink.

I really like the embossed frame around your feature panel and of course a polka dot background is great for softening an otherwise plain area of cardstock, which I often find to leave plain. Thanks for joining in with our polka dot challenge this week at Just Add Ink.
